by leaving they lymphatic system stagnant and our bodies feeling puffy and lethargic. Our lymphatic
massage helps to decongest and clear this system, which lies just below the skin, by the most gentle movements imaginable.
We use both lymphatic massage techniques and soft brushing to encourage the lymphatic flow.

The ultimate body purifying and moisturizing treatment starts with a dry exfoliation and aromatic steam therapy
treatment to smooth the skin and prepare it to deeply absorb the hydrating lotions applied during your 60
minute massage.
The steam therapy is performed with a tent that covers the massage table allowing you to rest comfortably.
Your head remains outside the tent so there is never a feeling of claustrophobia or overheating of the face.
Cool compresses are also placed over the heart to keep the blood temperature from rising, allowing only the
skin to heat to release stored toxins. This is a wonderful therapy to practice at the change of the seasons--
allowing the body to rid itself of toxic buildups and promoting wellness throughout the year.
