Teresa I came to your salon in something of a panic after my long time hair artist left Jaazz rather abruptly last winter. I simply called and made an appointment with whoever was available and to my great fortune was paired with Chelsea. Within minutes your front desk (Becky) made me feel welcome and cozy. Chelsea asked very specific and probing questions about my hair (naturally curly and very thick) and when I left, I had received the best haircut of my life. On my next visit, she did full color and, again she did not disappoint. One of the most delightful abilities that Chelsea possesses is that she can make a person feel very comfortable and welcomes interaction- taking criticism and advice. She truly wants to know what worked and did not work on the last haircut and color and she will do any adjustments necessary to make her client happy. I had not been in but one time and she remembered that I had two kids and two grandkids and what I had purchased for them for Christmas!! I also referred my sister to Chelsea for a cut and color. She had been driving all the way to Seattle to Gene Juarez to get her hair done. She won’t be doing that again as she is equally pleased with Chelsea. You have a great asset in Chelsea.
