Payment Methods
American Express, Discover, Master Card, Visa, Traveler?s Checks, Checks with ID, and Cash.

Appointments
Appointments are required for services but walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate you. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving so that we can reserve the best time available to accommodate your schedule.

For spa therapies, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax, fill out some intake questionnaires and enjoy a complementary cup of tea to begin your experience.

Group Appointments and Wedding Parties
Appointments for groups of more than 3 require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

Arriving Late
If a busy schedule forces you to arrive late, we will make our best effort to fit your service into our schedule.

If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available technician complete your service. If you are more than twenty (20) minutes late we will try to accommodate you or reschedule you for another time.

Cancellations
We confirm appointments by phone 48 hours in advance to confirm services and the time. We ask guests that must cancel to give 24 hours advance notice so we may schedule other guests for services.

While we understand emergency cancellations, any guest who fails more than twice to show for an appointment may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

Gratuities
Appreciation for your professional staff member is at your discretion. 10-20% is customary for exceptional service.

Children
We love our children and grandchildren. However, we ask that you do not bring children unless they are schedule for services. We expect our adult guests to supervise children. If we feel children are in danger or disrupting our guest experience, we will ask the parent to control or remove the child from the facility.

Guarantee
We want our guests to receive the very best experience. If you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 7 days of your service. If the service was poorly or improperly done, we will redo the original service at no charge to the guest. Our goal is to exceed your expectations.

Environment
It is our goal to provide a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for you and all of our guests. Therefore we ask that you mute your cell phones.

Refund Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are ideal as a thank you or for any occasion. They are available for all packages, individual services, or any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are available, and usable, at either Mosaic SalonSpa location. They may also be purchased on this website to be printed out or emailed directly to your recipient.
